that guy aint got a clue! no provision in his prices for liability insurance, employers liability, van insurance, fuel, how about profit? working for wages is what you do when you just turn up at work, not when you have to take responsibility for any mistakes etc. my bet os he is a 40 yr old dipstick who hasnt a clue, probably works in an newsagents and has bmw envy. never looks at the man doing well and thinks 'good on ya' but instead is jealous and hates

Just looking at his min and max charges for areas, apparently, I charge too much a day even for London! I know im in the middle ground with labour charges. For landscapers in Herts Beds and Bucks we should be charging between £127 - £141 a day for skilled labour.
This guy is nothing but a knob, that is bringing standards and manual workers wages down! I also noted that he apparently is a builder!
"Below is the "Pricing Formula" that all Tradesmen, including ourselves at The Building Sheriff, use when pricing building jobs.
Cost of Total Tradesmen Man-Days + Cost of Total Labourer Man-Days + Cost of Materials = Price of Job!
Therefore a 2 day job for a tradesman and a labourer will cost 2 x £160.00 (or appropriate rate) + 2 x £100 (labourer on £100 per day) + £200 (example material cost) = £320+ £200+ £200 = £720 Total Job Cost

Seems to me like the site is pandering to the general public. He's actually doing them a big dis service because only the scoundrels can do jobs for that sort of money. Thats one of the drawbacks of the internet, anyone can become an expert
