Dug up a Victorian ginger beer bottle, no stopper, very sleight chip. it has an etching of Dick Whittington leaning against a mile stone with the name R Pyle enscripted on it. Any clues ?
Off to sunny Brum for a few days.

i lovethese, not worth anything but great to collect as the usually have makers marks and areas on them. i have ahuge one i dug up a few years ago, maybe a gallon?

Quick google search came up with This
