i didn't comment when it first happened as obviously 6 children dying is a terrible things
but i said to the missus that to me the parents looked guilty
to my mind if your 6 kids are in a house on fire ,you should be in there with them
the worst thing about this is that it was probably just an attempt to get a bigger house
i feel very angry about this

allegedly i watched the emotional appeal on the news and thought at the time why was he wiping his eyes so much when allegedly there was no tears and his eyes were not red or puffy either

allegedly emotional appeal by the parents

allegedly at the bottom of the page is the video

allegedly it also says he first hit the headlines in 2006, when it emerged he was sharing the blaze address with his wife, mistress Lisa Willis, now 28, and his ten children by both women

allegedly he had become known as ‘Shameless Mick’ in 2007 after appearing on the Jeremy Kyle television programme to demand a larger house to share with his wife, his girlfriend Lisa, and eight of his offspring.

allegedly he is the father of 17 children by five women

allegedly I bet he does not get up every morning and move 10 ton of stuff in a wheel barrow like we do - strewth allegedly we must be doing something wrong ???

although i would love to slowly burn him and his missus, slowly if they're charged. I think it is best not to point the finger until then. Remember the landlord of that jo who got murdered by someone else, he got a right coating on this site....

all in my humble opinion
it was his other girlfriend and her new boyfriend who got lifted straightaway
the biggest thing for me is,that if 1 relative of mine was in that house I would be in there or at least badly burnt trying

jo yeates was completely different because like the Ipswich case and huntley the landlord ingratiated himself with the police and press

we shall see in due course

as did the parents, they were always hungry for the spotlight since kylie show. But as giles ppints out we must be careful for the bosses sake, don't want him up on a leveson type enquiry.

Did we not all guess before they even questioned him that the landlord did it and had a bit of a joke about him looking dodgy at the time?

........no not all of us. Anyway they've been charged now, so they are fair game. Price of 15 minutes of fame can turn pepple into idiots like that. They wanted to be the big hero's and now they and the poor family will pay for their stupidity. Wish i was in his cell when he's banged up proper if found guilty.

you see press conferences when people have lost 1 child, and it is truly horrific
their whole demeanor didnt seem right
most people talk about catching the culprits ,they just wanted to thank various people
its a tragedy that most of the hard working blokes on here can only afford 1-2 kids, yet he can have 17 paid for by the sweat off our backs
almost certainly it wasn't intended to kill 6 children
but that doesnt really matter
on the other hand that poor guy who gave his own life to save 2 kids in a rubber ring the other day, give him a posthumous george cross

:(

At the present time they're still innocent my feeling about it is that whilst the house was set on fire on purpose the childrens deaths were a terrible accident. These people are still parents to a good few other kids who're still alive and as a parent myself it makes me quite emotional sometimes thinking about the harm inflicted upon kids I just hope the other kids are given the social care they need to move on and up.

The Coppers face on the front of the sun says a lot to me, the look he's giving at the crying Dad, there's no sympathy there, only anger or disgust. I don't wish to be judgemental either so i'll say no more, but I know that if I'd been at that conference and I was looking at a guy break down over such a terrible tradegy, my emotions would of been in sympathy with the victims...unless.

I think half the time when the coppers ask them to do a public appeal its so they can gauge their emotions
i remember jeremy bamber crying at his appeal
and huntley with his "i was the last one to see them alive " routine
if you have ever been interrogated by the police for even relatively minor stuff its hard to keep stum unless you go *no comment*
I do feel sorry for the other kids, and i hope they can get over this with time
