so all the money in Venezuela couldn't save Hugo from the big C
I am in 2 minds about Hugo ,he did a lot of populist stuff while fleecing the rich and just normal middle classes
but I think his heart was in the right place
plus he didn't give a monkeys about us or America
got to respect a man for that
