I'm getting the kitchen plastered! And I've been looking on tinternet for advice and it seems that plasterboarding the kitchen isn't a good idea, yet all three quotes have recommended it. They say condensation is not a problem and fixing cupboards won't be a problem either. What's best? It's just plain brickwork at the moment.
Glad to hear it.
I had loads of plastering done about 15 years ago and they used sand/cement.
I thought it was strange at the time but it's only now I find it it's a good way.
A two man plasterer/labourer team. I remember the labourer doing all the mixing by hand, he earned his pay!
