Hi
I am looking at having a bid on an item but its 21 ft long and 32 inches wide and 0.75 thick, they are roofing sheets that can be loaded by a forklift.
The weight is approx 1,600 kg
Does anyone know of anyone that can collect from cardiff and transport
To Romford Essex.
Cash waiting or bacs
Thanks Simon

your best bet, is use a website called shiply.
It works by you placing on the dimensions, and weight of the item you want shipped, and if its an ebay item, you can link to it, then courier companies will bid for shipping it to you and you choose who you want to use.
I have used them loads of times for things, very useful!

same here
it may have been dan that put me on to them
I have used them probably 15 times and they do what they say
its always surprised me how cheap they are ,as its usually couriers filling a return leg of a trip

thats the key bit i forgot to mention. thats how they do it cheap, filling wasted space on return journeys

you laugh at that tony but i sold 8 acrows on ebay for an old boy up the allotments
guy turns up from that london with a rover metro "rio"
with a roof rack
it was rated for 100kg and he put 8 number 2 acrows on it these were the old heavy duty ones
he then tied them on and off he set back down the M1
god love 'em

i can top that one tony
Mate of mine had a trailer dealership, and sold his boat on a trailer on his forecourt
bloke turns up, looks round, says he will come back later with the cash.
sure enough, 5 ocllock, bloke turns up, with cash. Wife is in the driving seat. Mate goes out to help him hitch it to his car.
"hold on" he says, "you haven't got a tow bar!!"
"don't worry"
he jumps in the boot, grabs hold of the trailer and boat and says" off you go darling", down the main road, 40mph with him holding on as tight as he can!!!
