Our Tom was operating the back-acter on a SiteMaster aged just 3 and driving a dumper at 4.
He's 26 now and frigging useless. Need an x-ray to find any work him in!

that made me lol, Tony. Kids these days should come with jump-leads. My lad isn't any good either. If it doesn't hook up to the net, its a non-starter.

There'll be an article in The Telgraph now about Child Exploitation in the Asian Concrete Industry, and a plea from European manufacturers only to buy concrete from them as they have strict employment rules that stops them using children, but somehow allows them to pay pocket-money wages to grown-ups.
