No, im a contractor if i need to use a hose so my work is completed in a proper manner then i can.

Are you able to do any soft landscaping like turfing and planting they'll need watered all summer by the client.

no that's the issue what causing uproar within the landscaping industry pablo

landscapers and the home owner too are not allowed to use a hose pipe to water new turf, new plants trees or shrubs, its OK to use a watering can as much as you require or you can drip feed plants with automatic watering systems

if caught first time its a slap on the wrist but second time its a £1,000 fine

Plenty of ways around the law, you get 2 warnings first and there are a bunch of silly loop holes. Hopefully people take heed though and conserve water instead of being d*cks
