as most of you are aware i have been having hag with my pakistani neighbour. He has in the past, let down the tyres on another neighbours car, sabotaged endless stuff, fences, walls etc: he had pulled out my phone line. But now he has overstepped the mark, he has........knocked my snowmans head off 
me and the gran'kids spent hours on it. Rip mr frosty we will have our revenge :;):

If you want it reporting as a racially motivated crime and have your need to describe him as your pakistani neighbour (rather than just your neighbour ) used as evidence by the prosecution.

Im friends with a few police officers and they all said the same thing, any time an asian is involved they try and escalate it and say that they were called paki, that it was racially motivated and that it was a hate crime.

If he's still fecking about I'd get some CCTV and keep a log of his antics as evidence its the only way nowadays... Also mates with to much manure and a tipper are handy!

I think you'll find the the term pakistani is descriptive not offence, otherwise we would have known if it was the other english neighbour that had performed this unwarranted and unprovoked physical attack on Mr. S.Nowman :;):
