Just done a farm out in 6mm sma, which has goats, just wondered does anyone know if the urine would do the surface any harm

I wouldn't think so - would said goats be spending much time on the tar???
Other than specifying fuel-resistant bitmac at great cost(!!) there's not a great deal you can do. I think you've done the best you can with SMA.

The only danger is that sma has a negative texture where the p1ss would sit in, so you'll need to wash it off with soapy water quickly. in hindsight a 45% or 40% 10mm HRA may be better as it provides a smooth durable surface that spills can be easily washed off.
as Dave said, FR binder will cost a bit.

cemex does ammonia resistant concrete for use in farm yards and animal sheds weve used it before, expensive stuff
