AFAIK its an illegal plate
misery that they are :(

it amazes me how the dvla can display number plates for sale on their site that they have altered to look like words, yet tell you if you display them like that, its illegal! false advertising!
when my dad ran a garage, there was a woman in the village who loved pugs. She had the number plate PUG 5 and had moved the 5 up, and made it look like an s. My dad failed her car on an mot test because of it, so she took it up with the mot people. Needless to say, my dad was quite right in what he did. he could been fined hefty for passing it!

A local scrap metal bloke, nick-named Curly, drove round for a couple of years, with the regplate CUR 1Y on his old rolls - when finally pulled & charged, the magistrate asked how much the plate had cost him?
His answer was " £7.50 from Halfords yer honour " :laugh:
