Won’t your supplier take them back and give you a credit note of equal value?
My local buildbase has done this for me a few times and never charged me a handling/restocking fee. All they ask is that you take them back to the yard your self.

They have come off a job, some repair work, im doing directly for bradstone, for some reason they sent way to much material, and i have to get rid, suppose i could keep it and flog it to a customer next summer.

It’s a shame freebees like that come up at this time of year when no one wants owt doing.
In 2008 I laid a 28m2 block paved display area for a 2 day event inside Manchester’s G-mex center for Tobermore. They sent full packs of every style of block that was to be used in the display, around 80m2 in total. I was told I could keep all the materials or skip them after the event had finished. We only had 4 hours 8pm-12pm to remove the display and be off site and I had no way of moving the blocks. There’s a very grateful security guard some where in Manchester with a very mish mash looking drive!

christ!
dan ,after what she did to you
a brickie that used to work for me "apple" because he had a red face, went through all that with the same woman
he ended up murdering her in 2000 and i believe he still has another 8 years to go just for his tarriff
thing was he was a quiet man, but after he caught her with another bloke everyone at work told him to steer well clear
but the siren's call was too strong and now she is dead and I cannot see him ever being the same again
