Does anyone have a copy of a confirmation of hire document, the one which is signed by both parties before the machine is taken? Im not bothered whether its one of your own or a scanned copy from a plant hire company that i can doctor to suit.

Nope, a friend of mine has a thing for buying new plant, basically as toys, he hires them out to me all the time, but as his fleet grows and more people are hiring it, he has now decided, (quite rightly) that he needs to have the proper paperwork in place for the hire, hence me looking on his behalf, for the right paperwork, ready for a machine we are hiring on monday :p
