I realise the money at bank figure can be totally misleading as the company could be heavily indebted, but still......

Thats the price you have to to pay for the privilige of running a limited liability company. I think its a fair deal

Three quid from companies house, very good if your committing to a contract and need a heads up before you start. I looked up a guy who was offering door work on a month in hand basis, checked him out and he was in administration, had a few people fooled too

Checked out my company, figures given are useless. I think I pay about £300 every year to creditsafeand get full credit reports, credit ratings, director information, any mention of the business in the news etc
