I like it they always use heavy textured paving on sea front promenades in Spain, might be for skateboards etc or would it hold some of the sand carried off the beach? Who knows hehe

Imagine being forced to stare at that paving for hours on end. It would drive you to insanity. That could be dangerous in the wrong hands

To be fair it does look a bit 70's, maybe the architect is an old Hippy!!:D
