once again it will be a north/south thing
definitely picked up around luton,not great compared to last year but picked up a bit.
pricing some barn conversions ATM, so a little bit of sunshine on the horizon

house building up here is starting to pick up again, your now starting to see sites open up again. construction work is almost still non existent, only work seems to be coming from public bodies the private developers still cant get finance from the banks or there is simply no demand for office blocks at the moment. a lot of large jobs have been put on hold. amazing how many spots of land with planning permission for office/retail development have now become city centre car parks.

A few developers we do for are getting things in place ready for a push towards the back end of the year, they want to have stock ready to sell next spring when they expect things to start moving again.
