i once went 160 miles to look at a van off ebay was bit odd looking being painted with a big blue strip along the bottom then a thin bit of silver then the rest in white but i was assured it was a pro job also there was a small water leak but from the expansion tank so me and the bro in law went got there and stevie wounder had painted it 2 of the doors didnt fit the holes and he had put some rad weld in it so there was no way of telling what the water leak was :( so im a bit wary of going to far off of a ebay description an carefully taken pics ???

ive sent loads of stuff palletforce, full set of agri tyres for a medium sized tractor, big self propelled mower, had breakers and augers sent to me as well great service for what they charge. tnt do a pallet service as well.

for bigger stuff we just send our haulage guy in 8 wheeler or his low loader, there are companies on ebay who all they do is pick up or deliver ebay sales cars and plant etc, hot tubs etc

i have never seen a wagon with the palletforce colours and logo on it

if i type my postcode to find the nearest depot its either Fagan & Whalley in Padiham who have their own logo on their wagons or Redhead International in Dublin who's website does not work

i have used shiply.com a fair bit
some of the prices they do stuff for beggars belief

i saw 1 guy had a kayak delivered from inverness to reading for £32 !!!

i think what it does it saves ppl travelling 1 way empty

palletforce are based in burton on trent, mick which is 10 miles closer to you than me, and well north of the gap

most of the haulage in the pallet network are independent franchises using the main hub as a transfer point, my company drive goods to the hub over night and return in morning with the deliverys for this area, we have palletforce, pallet line, and 1 other hear they all are much the same, best thing is dump the goods off tell em' the address job done....MSH :)
