if you put your hand under the DPM you will feel the heat the concrete gives off while curing
that heat trapped under the dpm will help massively
no harm leaving it covered for 48 hours Michael

need to do the cut by 24 hours though don't I ? was money well spent getting help in I must say was 3 3/4 m3 in the end had it in in about a hour

I like to leave concrete for 48 hours this time of year
if you get on it too soon it scuffs up
the crack control joint only has to be 25mm deep
decent cut off saw and blade will do well sunday AM
