Yeah the bit by the door - said he wasn't happy with the pattern nor the level, which ended up too high once it got the edge where the lawn will be. The photo above is a little deceiving as there is a mark on the fence plinth from the old soil level which makes the paving look out of level.
Yeah, the pergola will be cut to a quarter circle and the patio area curved around the house front hence the wonky edges at present. I don't think there are any 4-corner meets on the new layout, I'll pop some photos up tonight. They're aiming to get the main patio finished right round the house so it gets the weekend to 'dry' before the cut on Monday and start the Alston stone path between the patio and pergola paving areas. Also a step to go up to the patio door but not sure if they'll wait until next week. Either way the garden will be 100% out of bounds so nobody steps on the paving until it's ready!

Might be hard to get curve from above but we'll try, the far curve by the fence doesn't show up well in the photos, it is a very smooth curve round - it was drawn in first before being cut, I think with a flexible length of wood to keep it smooth.
It looks lovely in person, sweeps round the house and is reminiscent of the original paving line. The large tubs were the pre-mix bound bedding for the flags, yellow tubs are Sika Pave Fix Plus. Paving bedding is solid, it isn't going to move
