What you would use on a UPVC conservatory is TFR (traffic film remover) non-caustic like what the car wash places use, or window cleaners use a product called Virasol.
The hypo mix would clean the conservatory but not that strong, and you have to be careful of the rubber sealers in the glazing as it can and does rot them is you are not careful.
The TFR is a safer option.
