you would be surprised fellas, there are people willing to pay the going rate all over its just getting in to the right circles and producing top quality work every time
everyone makes a mistake now and then, but I always rectify it as soon as is possible
TFR bog standard indian stone I would be looking for £125ish +vat in this area, but so many variables its hard to give a metrerage price

Well it's a damn roller coaster. This morning had 3 confirmations of work and 2 others quite likely. On top of that I've been asked to divide up a quote for that massive architectural company so that is looking promising too. Unbelievable.

Just goes to show that sometimes you've just gotta eat it up and keep on keeping on and good things eventually happen :-)

Returning to a job to rectify a minor fault does not necessarily have a negative impact.
The customer appreciates your honesty. If anything I've had further work with them and I actually think they spread the word more because you returned.

Ok if a wall you built collapsed or fence completely blew away I think you can forget the above :D

often architects asking prices is a waste of time, i priced a fountain some architects had designed it came out at £125k never heard back form them, obviously didn't think it was worth putting it to the client

we are crazy busy, busy all year
