Snow disapperaing around here. Temperatures starting to rise.
But rain is on its way !!!!!
Even with all the bad weather we havent lost a day at all. In fact we are 1 day ahead of schedule. Never had this before in January !.
All jobs finished, all clients paid up. Cheques in bank.
Just a load of bloody bills to pay on Monday.

just had 30mm of snow fall in less than an hour - that's me sorted till it disappears

Its turning to rain tonight hopefully and the big thaw starts, Met Office have said to prevent major flooding can we all go out and build snowmen

did 65metres of some weird plastic fencing today for football cluband was snowing int eh afternoon in cheadle south manchester, snowed all teh way home and its still snowing now easily got 4-6" outside, should have pushed more snow clearing adverts haha but dotn really want to be out all hours clearing snow. looks like i got the 540m2 slab so starting that soon should be good job in doors.

I have been working next door to Cheadle in Gatley for the last 2 weeks, not a sign of snow all the time we have been there until we arrive home

No more snow here in fact the suns out shining and the birds are out singing, looks like we had rain last night and some frost

i was working at cheadle nomads football club just off birdhall lane, near stockport countys ground. was snow flurys all afternoon then sticking when i left at 5pm

you was about 3 miles away and all we had yesterday is the odd fine spec of white dust falling every now and then, left at 3.30 and everything was still clear, gritters were out on the motorway but still nothing till I got to my house and there was a white covering on the road and then it came down heavy

its great, but ive got lots of snow expereince growing up on a farm on top of a hill and living with snow for 4 months solid in munich.
ive also got more off road tyres than standards on
but i was plowing through 5-10 inches no problem, last year i went through 1 foot plus no problem but its more about momentum and the condition of the snow

thinking of getting a navara or L200 barbarian
have an x5 at moment but terrible in snow and not good on motorway

that's strange Tony, I use to have an X5 and had no issues in the snow or driving on motorways ?
very smooth ride even at speed
