i read the book and although it made sense it did not stop me in the slightest
but i do know people who gave up spontaneously after reading it,my uncle still has 4 regal sitting on his mantelpiece 5 years later
i did enjoy smoking tremendously but the side effects are not worth it
I had to laugh when the govt warned of fake dangerous tobacco on the streets :laugh:
