No Mick. I would move the mound of soil back out of the way and shelve the high. Heavy rain could bring the sides in making more work apart from the risk of harm to some lad.

They were all jobs for friends or good clients Dempsey or I would have said I'm too busy. I knew that if I didn't get them out of the way now that they probably wouldn't have been done at all. They'd all been waiting for months as it was.

Sean that is what we were doing pulling it away from the edge. You are surmising when the image was taken, could've been before the spoil was pulled back.
I'll be honest though it was 5pm Friday afternoon and the diesel was running low, both in real terms and metaphorically. Hopefully I can take a pic tomorrow morning that looks exactly the same as above.
Maybe the camera angle was bad it ain't as bad as it looks. I'll stand up when I take the next shot

Thanks Mick, Tony an Mark.
I've been using imagur. Dead easy. Just copy and paste BBcode. I'll get the resizing right.
I'm just going to top up the top soil around the haunching Mark.
That job turned from a simple re pointing job to £7500's worth of driveway and patio so I can't blame them for just wanting to over seed.
The grass was already dead. They have pets.
