We have a very high turnover rate!

But we do have some who are a lot more professioanl than most blokes I encountered on a typical English site.

My top man and my welder* (although most firms don't have a welder, do you?) would be fought over in England and would work there on minimum wage if they could get visas!

* We have to build everything such as manhole covers, drain covers etc so need a welder...
