reverse of going in, chain, hydraulic clamp, vibrate pull up then when clear release clamp and the chain takes it, lay them down, they are a bit awkward for an 8 tonner much easier to handle with the 13 tonner, loader man is our 20 year + foreman dave he started out on draglines and has driven pretty much everything going in quarries and for a big civils firm before he came to us,

great worker :) and great stone guy as well, ie learnt alot from graham. got the shutters off the wall today and started digging out for the next stretch, gonna be alot oeasier now weve bought some proper wailers and tie rods to hold shutters together.

shutters i made for that reinforced concrete garage we did earl last year was worth keeping them :) more pics to follow

just noiced on the sheet pilling video, the sheet at 1:54... wouldnt go in, then did, but if you look carefully you can see the old block wall bulge when it goes in, we found a big local softish red sandstone boulder there about as big as a beach ball.
