incorrect ppe,
purchasing chemicals in a pub,
not having any instructions or details of what the product is, because of a transfer in packaging.
interfering with his dressings applied by highly trained medical staff.

some so and so spiked my drink years ago
i heard the bell go for last orders about 10 times so i went home

An acid wash (5 -10% by volume) is generally used to remove light cement staining, and should be washed on with a broom, and then cleared within minutes of that with copious amounts of clean water, as Tony says, it's damaging and not a good idea. Some colour might show, but it won't restore colour. If the pigment has faded,it has faded,end of story. On hot dry summer days the paving will look faded, its easy enough to check proper colour by watering the paving, it gives an accurate reflection of the colour. I've had suppliers change pigment suppliers without notifying me, which let to crap coloured pavers, and the solution lies in getting and staying with a good pigment supplier. I'd say ask for replacement pavers.
