Someone offered me one of them a month or so back. They said it had been used on a big job between Preston and Southport, but they had no more work for it, and wanted to sell it or PX it for a Tracaire. I'll fire off an email and see if they still have it.

a lot quicker than excavator though, in last months Earthmovers magazine there was a feature on the big self propelled trenchers laying water mains in ireland. they performed very well uniform trench and clean bottom, spoil is kind of screened ready for back fill etc.

dave any photos of your t cab, saw the one rd here the other day and reminded me.

excuse the ignorance but you can use it as a 5th wheel artic wagon towing the low loading and then hook lift the 5th wheel off and use it for skips etc?

looking really good like all the kelsa lights and the little corner markers.

We did a full site survey at Lancashire Cricket Club in the summer and they ripped up the pitch at the same time.

The company installing the land drainage had a great bit of kit on site, much bigger than the DitchWitch shown in this thread and they said they could do 2000mtrs a day ? on field drainage or horse race tracks etc........but they were doing something like 800 a day on this site.

Having said that it was the summer so it was pissing down most of the time.!

The tipping body is a fixed item - there is no fith wheel. The low loader is a drag - the hitch is obsured in the pictures - so it is more of a multi-purpose vehicle rather than just a low loader tractor.

You can just see the tail-end of the new low loader to the left in this picture.
