just as an aside the house i was born in is now a burqa boutique

this 4 storey baby on the corner
lovely part of town

and this is the shop in question

the chinese had it as a supermerket untill they got busted for selling booze to 15 year olds

Its a decent pitch as you have a car hire depot and a speedy hire ,which means perople with money and jobs will be passing.
With the car-park over the road ,I'd try for a newsagents.

the newsagent on the corner "moons" was stabbed to death 3 years ago by one of the day centre people
his family have kept it going but its not ideal

its costing me Â£ 400 per month in business rates
I already have 4 lock ups so thats a non starter
think a flat conversion may be the answer
