Resin bound drives - why so rare?

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Yes I'd say pic is very eye catching, something off the norm. The problem was the training consisted of a day or two with the manufacturer, so you had site concrete layers, going off to do drives, badly. Its getting better, Im seeing more 'complete' drives of late then the 'broken biscuit' type when pic was new and it was battered by fly-by-nights.
