the bees knees lll you need to stop putting them 900 in yourself it will catch up with you as you get older. p.s. have just had the start of white fingers on my right hand the tingling and numbness is driving me crackers took a long time coming thats what 2000 plus cobbles a day plus 5000 taps with hammer gets ya :( :p any help for this apart from stoping work

I hear ye cookie
but at 25mm thick theres no real weight in them
the bar faced council greys are another matter

a bit of R and R might help your hand, but as you say you are probably 10 million taps in with the hammer

Had this for about a year, with me it was nerves that stem from the back of my neck, chiropractor for 3 months once every two weeks and deep tissue massage on alternate weeks worked for me. But neck manipulation could cause a stroke if done wrong, look into it before getting it done, acupuncture might be a good alternative.

cookie is it worse at night? If get it in bed hold arms down wards, keep hands dry and warm, wear gloves. It sounds like carpel tunnel. Operation on hands to relieve symptoms. I've had mine done on both hands plus a bone removed at base of thumb, got have other hand done. I'm in excruciating pain all the time m8. Lived on ibuprufin for years. Start of havs (hand arm vibration syndrome ) i empathise with you, lots of pain to come :)
