had the geo survey lads in to test ground under factory for robot footings, basically its a soup 5.5m-7.8m good ground is at, so piling them
this one they couldnt core it so i had to cut it out break out 500mm solid concrete check grade then relay with 16mm rebar mesh
i was breaking out with the hse lady stood behind me and the health safety manager from the factory, window down, glasses on, hard hat, hear defenders, hi viz suit, water supression of dust, 2 exclusion zones.
still concrete at 500mm down
16mm bar
1.3 cu m c40 concrete nice little 1 day job
im squeezing in a freebie block paved drive for my sister when ive got half a day, her design im just free labour. but my first block paved drive so learning a lot.
had to grano a pit upto exactly 564mm below surface for a press to sit into
saturday afternoon after grano, gave our new bobcat a run out. still trying to swap it for a kubota but the dealer sold the kubota so waiting on him getting another in,

so busy working all weekend and monday trying to get ahead
snagging out on the big house job but getting there, turn table setts done, car port steel and roof on
porch done, artifical grass going down
clad the man hole and the retaining wall behind the hedge
left the labourer finishing the block paving,
prestbury newbuild pushing on, had a result and found a fill job 3 miles away for the 300 tons of muck will save alot on the muck away

back at ferodo, scraping old paint stuff off the floor boy was it tough stuff
started the next phase of footings for the machines and robots, pilers in on tuesday to pile
a few changes of mind and slight movements
dust supression
clicked over 2000 hours but still looking good gave her a quick wash and a grease after getting a bit mucky in the factory
drawing shows 500mm deep concrete slab on piles, but at 650mm theres an old 150mm concrete slab. so going have to knock some holes in it for the pilers to pile through
in tomorrow clearing the res tof the pads out, monday shifting muck

couldnt cut it out and break it out due to induction loop for the automatic door thats triggered when a forklift runs over it
thats a cheaper repair than messign around braking out and filling it and covering with a plate which then induces another bump for the forklifts to loose more brake pads on as they go over
