IIRC you will need drainage to be legit
however after reading ^^ you may as well just put a row of acos in,nobody seems to care

My understanding of it all is anything over 5sqm is covered by the legislation wether its an extension to an existing drive, a straight forward replacement or a brand new drive, but as you all say nobody bothers and no one seems to enforce it.
