hes a bit on the old side as well
most murderers are 20-35
I mentioned before that a lad that used to work for me murdered his girlfriend,he got 17 years but true to form he wouldn't say boo to a goose at work
bit like the Ipswich killer, when people start talking to the press they become a person of interest to the police

Statistically most murderers are first offenders, loose the rag and kill the mrs in bed with her lover type thing. ???

tbh when i first heard it i said it was the boyfriend, but the wife said the news had stated he was up north at his parents in sheffield or something.

...i told her that would be my alibi too if she didn't stop having a go at me for being lazy and insensitive

whoever it is the chances are they will get nicked sooner or later, murder rarely goes undetected nowdays

they can place people purely by the signal on your mobile phone
mickey steel and jack whomes got lifed off over the essex triple murders, due to phone signals, same with kenny noye

as a side note, why is it whenever operation trident is mentioned on the news ,the shooting victim was a "model student" "church going" "top athelete" etc. etc.
surely gangsters would be better off shooting each other rather than picking in such lovely people? :;):

I notice a scaffolding on the house next door, so there was plenty of strangers in the area. I was working once and was asked: if i did private work. The person took me in to have a look at what they wanted doing, we agreed a price and they gave me a spare set of keys to let myself in and out. Now how stupid was that , me being a stranger? I remember when that Jenkins was done for killing. his beautiful stepdaughter in Hastings, My pals were working down that road on a water pressure main around that time. Not one of them were pulled in and questioned :O Years later he was aquitted. It had been wildly reported at the time that there was a strange man lurking around there.Jenkins was a dodgy looking F*****, He looked a bit like this landlord , although his credentials for teaching were snide.

still think the landlord did it..

there is no evidence to suggest she left the flat
not taking her mobile or keys would suggest also that she never left the flat
she therefore probably was murdered in the flat
a neighbour heard screams, which suggest she may have been killed in flat
the landlord and neighbour both knew she would be alone, no-one else in the vicinity (to my knowledge) did
landlord lets himself into flat, she is in the toilet, he picks up pizza box, she walks out and catches him and screams (remember that other residents have said that they often thought stuff had gone missing, and even went to the extent of fitting CCTV)
perhaps he was in just checking the flat, seen the pizza lying and was going to put it in the fridge so that it didnt spoil, but she had a drink in her and started screaming blue murder accusing him of being a thief etc, he goes into a rage and lets fly!!!
he panics and does her in
takes the pizza box as he knows he has lifted it and fingerprints could snare him
he regains his senses later, and realises it would be better if they body was found elsewhere
he waits until coast is clear and puts body in car and dumps it elsewhere.
later invents some cock and bull story about her leaving the flat with other people (of course not taking her mobile, or keys, who exactly does that, even if they are leaving with someone they know?

thing is bobbi,
a 25 year old woman would stand a chance against a 65 year old man,he don't look in the best of shape and she seemed fairly fit
if it was him they will find DNA evidence, the problem being as he is the landlord his DNA would be there anyway
feel for her family

The 32 yr old dutch neighbour has been charged with Jo's murder

heres my latest theory on it all............

he has split up from his GF and has balls like easter eggs. talks to the landlord during the day or sees them helping the BF start the car and realises that he is away for the weekend. now, he has probably been lying in bed listening to those two bang away every night for months/years and thinks that she is a bit of a goer, and perhaps she has been nice to him in the past and he reckons he is in with a chance.
when she gets home, he hears her through the wall, and decides to make his move, goes over to her flat, tries it on straight away and she screams and he panics and strangles her.

from there he has either disposed of the body direct from her flat or taken it to his own, however he has used the tesco bag to cover her head to prevent hairs getting anywhere and leaving DNA.

he hasnt meant to kill her, as the way he left the crime scene and disposed of the body is very sloppy, not the work of a cold calculating killer.

once he has got her out of the flat he had not went back, despite having a lot of opportunity, which suggests he was scared.

I think everyone has it in them
it just takes that split second between snapping and losing control , but then stopping
or seeing red and then you have taken someone's life
we did a job in luton for a bloke whos son did a famous murder
here
thing was he never committed any other crime after the murder, think he finally got done for drink driving and that snagged him
but what i am saying is there are very very few murderers that do it again and again
