Picked my youngest up, arms outstretched and from a higher level stood on a step 9 years ago and trapped my sciatic nerve, plenty of discomfort and no feeling in the fingers in one hand for 3 months.
Twisted funny 5 years later and bang, same again, 3 bloody months with numb fingers. and i count myself lucky having heard some of the stories of guys who suffer day in day out.
