:O . you know its true. my uncle was at that game, never took the goal posts but theirs a pub in govan with some turf. :p

That may be so LLL but why is the FA being so chicken about entering into a competition with the rest of the UK is it because Wembley bankrupted them and they couldn't afford to lose another set of posts. :laugh:

for a country its size it overpunches its weight,in sportsmen,scientists ,inventors, and mouthy gits at any bar in the world you have ever been to,looking for a tear up (mostly relations of mine 
)
I dont see why we cant have a great britain team, there are some cracking scottish,welsh and northern irish players who never got to play in world cups
