Ouch, first 10 mile run today. Legs are a bit jelly-like but managed to run the whole distance despite (or because of) an impending attack of delhi-belly!

Also, many thanks to those who have donated or wellwished - I've tried to thank you all individually, but sometimes I can't trace the Justgiving 'nickname' to an email account or username.

Cheers

Just a quick update - the Run is next Sunday, and despite the fact that I seem to have buggered my knee up, I'm looking forward to it

Many thanks for all your support - I've raised well over my original target, and my second one of £550 - which is just 1% of the funds that Kath and Rob are hoping to raise.

Cheers all

Ian

When your legs are buckling, you cant catch your breath and you have a job to even speak think of me, leaving the boozer in a similar state after watching the Manchester Derby.

Good Luck :D

Sorry Tony, missed this on Saturday - wasn't ignoring you :(

Anyway 2.11.32 - knee is shot right now, but the TENS machine seems to be working.

I really appreciate all the support you guys have given me - it's fair to say that a huge part of my sponsorship came from the BC and I've never met any of you! Truly an amazing bunch of people!

:)

Worthy cause and you've done a lot for this site so what goes around comes around. Well done now for the full 26.

Hmm, 26, eh? Well, only if I can find another 25 people here willing to run a mile and then swap the number in a clandestine relay!
