was banned for 10 years before i even had a licence 6 and four. ( long story and was'nt for dangerous driving either ) eventually took test and got clean licence, only to take a speeding ticket and points for a lady who could'nt afford to lose her licence. :;):

i got 23 yr straight clean licence ,but same as the gaffer, me and my pals were obsessed with motorbikes from the age of 13-17.TBH you dont see as many young lads on bikes now as in the 80's and its a good thing.
as my old fella says "get a bit of metal round ya boy"
mind you i have lost mates in car crashes so its all relative.

clean licence since passing in 1993.
Also done my advanced driving test (swagger boast 
)
keep getting stopped for having no tacho fitted though, and i always win the argument with the police!
