Glad to hear you had a result.

I am in the middle of taking a certain PLC through insolvency proceedings over £8k they owe us - they thought I was joking I think until I sent the process server to their Scotland Head Office with the Statutory Demand!

I have standard terms of business for both residential and commercial customers. If anyone wants them PM me and I will pop them over to you.

Heard about that, good on him, could he not get done for criminal damage though?

I'd read that he had permission from the court to demolish the porch! I know we've changed our quotes to add at the bottom that all materials remain the property of sunnyview paving until recipt of full payment.

but back to the topic in hand, happy to hear that your customer's paid up :D

i had a punter recommended to me as being stinking rich, soon into the job alarm bells started ringing with his constant BS about money so i agreed to do a lot more work ,without actually starting it.got paid and told him i cant able to do any more
everyone else got knocked,i saw him Wednesday morning,he looked a bit of a state, reckoned he had an accident at a bbq, looks more like someone tested his combustibility.
with the guy in shoreham i kinda question why he did all the work without stage payments?
naive to say the least
