Fitted three of those in the new house. They are the mutt's for sure. Been taking sad pleasure when showing friends round to lift the lids and then drop them to great effect.

Two have rubber washers either side so don't move. One doesn't and is the 'fully floating' variety.

On the subject of door knobs. The springs in ours are so strong the ladies can't open the doors at all, which has led me to stick screws in all the striker plates for now ;) what a bodger I am when it comes to my own place, my missus is saying!

set the screw threads in locktight when you position them. Keeps them fixed for ages.
