On an employed or self employed basis?
i employ full time permanent staff but the costs involved in the business make it hard to pay 300 a week the question is how much can i charge a customer for a days labour per man

here in luton 30 miles north of london you are looking at 150 a day for trades (bricklayer, able to slab supervise etc.) decent labourers about £80 a day i.e. ones with a bit of kop on i suppose you would call these semiskilled. and the dogs of war i.e. no driving license,no idea, total supervison required about £50-60 a day
if you think you can pay someone minimun wage to do landscaping you will be sorely dissapointed with the results,in fact i have had customers, who have eastern europeans give a cheap quote,
start work ,draw half the money ,then pffft!! gone
it then costs my original quote plus what they lost
