Yes, you can remove just one board -- you do have to cut that board, so it's a full-on replacement, but you don't have to pull the entire deck.

I work on a lot of decking that has the Buzon system, mainly Ipe & Teak boards though

Hi, Roger -- our products were specifically designed for Ipe and other tropical hardwoods, so it might work out well for you!

We don't install decking, just work on them IE restoring them.
Screw-less decks do make my life easier when it comes to the sanding part.
