I'd be interested in that.
I do a lot of work in yards where they want a textured surface (so the big forklifts have grip) tamp finish is too rough.
LLL those rollers really are a god send. No pulling the concrete back, you just walk at a slow pace and it does the work.
I've got a 6m screed and I'm sure it vibrates the wrong way as its like pulling a horse and cart out of a bog:laugh: t

They will work on a beaver pack, but over a 6m tube is too much for them, the other thing is you still need to buy the hydraulic motor end,I have a compressed air one in the shed which is good but you need a single tool road compressor to run it,
There are various makes on the market but the BUNYAN is tried and tested the best. MSH

Apart from it just being a nice thing to have (crazy but i love tools) i would just like to have a play with it, im running a small access path to rear workshop at my gaff in a few months time, it might make a good job of it

just looking at the last picture, are you putting in crack control joints where the dpm sheets are, or are you cutting them in later. also, whats the cost of the concrete so far:0

Hi Mark, what do you do with the top of the flexcell? do you not find that it gets in the way whilst pouring and finishing the concrete, like concrete covering the top of it etc?

Also are you using a proper fresno broom or just a yard brush, ive used both in the past and thought the yard brush technique was easier lol!

definetly on smaller pours a good yard broom is easier, but on big spans you need the reach of the fresno
cracking job mark, those roller strikers sure make it easier
are you cutting your joints while its still green to make it easier?
