yeah a d6 and a good driver will sort that, especially if youve not got to relay the soil.
depending on what the sub grade is like, but you are going to need an excavator of some sort unless you go for 45 degree batters as the dozer will struggle to cut steep batters.
can it not be cut and filled save some work?
