I have looked into the High Hedges legislation as there are 13 sycamore trees in a row, with only a foot of space between them, but apparently they can only be classed as a hedge if they are evergreen rather than deciduous
I don't really mind them being there so don't want to kill them, but would be happy if they were just reduced in height and thinned out somewhat, which I have offered to pay for. No joy so far.
