Sodium chlorate - Missed the boat

having recently passed my spraying course, I have been doing the odd bit with roundup and such, but more with the Casaron granules and other such Suppressants, which are now being phased out, with the result of much more work for us maintenance folk with regard to weed contol, not to mention the added expense in labour or other materials.
Can see it getting to the stage where we have to a license to carry sandwiches and a flask
