With a concrete sectional garage it will be heavy. i would make the slab 150 wth steel reinforcing. Or at least a thickening about 500 wide around the edge ( maybe just remove the type 1 around edge to give you depth ) as it is above ground i would run the visqeen under the shutter so that it is the concrete on show. you will need to put pins every metre or so starting at the corners, or else the timber will push out with weight of concrete. Yes once the concrete is in remove the corner braces.

i concur with sean,we sometimes use roofing batten cut about 400mm long into stakes,then hammer these in
looking good rams

I have 16 mm solid roundbar pegs hammerd into the ground 2 on every corner and 2 in the middle i will get more to put in every meter then its time for damproof then concrete

Started to rain now called the concrete supplier to c if i had to cover he says it will b ok now not to cover it stayed dry for most of the day

Yeah friendly local service they helped allot :)

Anyone got any tips and advice for putting up the concrete sectional garage never done anything like it before i got all the panels,roof, doors, gutters, windows.

I know the garage size from working out where all the panels go so i was going to mark out the size on the pad with a chalk string line then start from the back wall.
Or do i put in all the corner panels first ?
