Officially:
Scalpings
Clay contaminated stone removed by pre-screening quarried rock feedstock at the primary crusher. Used unprocessed as fill aggregate.
But in practice they will be whatever local custom dictates. Best to avoid the vague terms and prescribe DOT1 (40mm to dust). Then there can be no arguement.
