as for the rodding thing on the right, that was connected to the piece of 3" asbestos that you can see in the first pictures. it was tiled over, no idea what it was for

shouldnt really have it rd the corner they dont like you rodding rd corners, normally an ic on change of direction

i dont mean round a 90 corner, i mean along a bit, on the corner of the house :D its for a rwp and pathway drainage, stop it pooling against the house.

Right, another quick question;

can I boss a small waste from the shower into the vertical section of pipe that goes to the toilet inside under the floor?

just that i seem to recall that you cant have anything connected like that below the toilet...
