Totally agree some peoples expectations are just to high, paving doesn't stay clean 365 days of the year.
I now have a couple of clients that have their paving cleaned twice a year!!! once in the early spring and once in late autumn as they can't stand it looking dirty. Totally over the top but hey, it's business …
Even had one client ask me if what I was using to clean would "kill" the fake/artificial grass!! I just said No and carried on….
